Marcalex, established in 1978 by Roger Cavanagh and Malcolm Bessant, now led by Dorothy and Kate Cavanagh, Roger’s widow, and daughter, respectively. Roger fostered a family-like culture, reflected in loyal, skilled staff, some with lifelong tenure. Alan, our dedicated General Manager, rose from within, continuing a family legacy.
